What to Bring to Class!

  • Yoga Mat

  • Mat Towel/Hand Towel

  • Water

    If you’re missing any of the above essentials, they are available for rental or purchase at our studio. We also offer an unlimited monthly mat/towel rental service for $30/month.

  • Be sure to wear comfortable, breathable clothing. Opt for moisture wicking fabrics that allow you to move freely. Yoga pants, leggings, or shorts paired with a fitted tank top or t-shirt are popular choices.
