Memberships and Pricing

Please note that these terms and agreements apply to the Monthly Membership programs (NOT the 30 days for $45 promotional offer).

This Membership Agreement is a month-to-month agreement and Evolve Yoga Knoxville does NOT require forced long term commitments.

A 30-day written notice via email to evolveyogaknoxville@gmail.com of cancellation is REQUIRED and an additional billing cycle WILL occur before the cancellation is effective. Verbal declarations are not valid.

Backdating of account cancellations or freezes is not possible.

Accounts can be frozen for no more than once per year to maintain membership rate.

No refunds will be issued for lack of use.

Your credit card will be held on file and will be charged on the same day each month. That is the date you are first charged (the day you join), not the first day of the month.

Failure to pay membership fees will result in action taken to collect them by a third-party collection agency.

Studio etiquette is listed online. Breaking of this etiquette may result in loss of membership benefits.

To honor the time and energy of our teachers and community, we ask that you cancel your class at least 2 hours before the start time. This helps ensure that those on the wait-list have time to join and that our classes run smoothly for everyone.

Late Cancellation: A $5 fee will be charged for any cancellations made less than 1 hour before class begins.

No Show Fee: A $5 no-show fee will be charged for those who register for class but do not attend. This helps ensure everyone has a fair chance to attend and honors the commitment of our teachers and our community.

We understand that life happens. If you're dealing with an emergency or illness, just let us know. We are always here to work with you with compassion and flexibility.
